Took my cat he couldn't walk pulled himself across. Floor. Took him to rainbow vet. They would not look at him knowing it was emergency. Until they knew how they were getting paid, I said really we left toof him somewhere else won't ever go back wouldn't even take my enemy there....
I have always used Rainbow for my dogs including when Dr. Kelleher was there. I was pleased with her and I have been pleased with the doctors that are there now. I thought I was going to lose my little dog I have now because he was so sick. They immediately got to the diagnosis, gave me rxs. and put him on better dog food. Everything worked and I am very grateful. The staff have always been helpful when I need something.
We had a great experience with Rainbow Hospital and their staff. They were very accommodating for a Sunday emergency and seemed to genuinely care about our dog. Hopefully we won't need to use emergency veterinary services again but if so, I wouldn't hesitate to go there. Highly recommend.
I am not understanding the low review average for this clinic! Today was our first experience at Rainbow and I was over the top impressed with the staff and Dr. Silvana! She took time with my dog and did a thorough exam. She didn't do any unneeded testing. She seemed genuinely interested in what was going on with my Corgi. We are happy to be established here!
We just took our cat Teddy there. It was his first time there, he needed to get in somewhere quickly. They got him in the same day we called. The tech and the Dr. were very nice. They took time explaining things to us and letting us ask questions. They were so good to Teddy. We ended up putting him down so he wouldn't suffer and every single person there was so comforting. The person at the desk, the tech, the Dr. all said we're so sorry. They were very sympathetic and so sweet to Ted while he was there. Before we decided what to do Ted stayed the night there and the Dr. called to update us and spent time with us on the phone helping us make the right decision for Ted. They are very compassionate toward the pets and owners. I would definitely recommend them, especially when you need to get in somewhere quickly.
